sicThe governance of ESYB is exercised by the Board of Directors, which constitutes the Association’s highest executive body. It is composed of legal entities elected for a three-year term through democratic elections with the universal participation of its members. Ensuring balanced representation and pluralism within the bioeconomy sector, the current Board, as elected on April 27, 2026, consists of six (6) Regular Members.
